Covid 19 – General Guidance

In order to maintain social distancing and for to me to responsibly decontaminate all outfits, please note that I will allow 2 people from the same household into the shop for a VIEWING appointment, i.e. Bride and Groom.  Only 1 person at a time for a FITTING appointment with the exception of children where 1 adult and 1 child will be allowed at any one time, however we are asking that no young children are brought into the premises at this stage.

Social distancing of 2 metres applies at all times where possible.  When I measure this may be difficult at times, so I ask all customers to bring a face covering with them please.  I will also be wearing a face mask during your appointment.

To help with this important process, please refrain from touching or handling stock and general areas as much as possible.

Due to the extra sanitization and decontamination required I will allocate approx. 1 hour for viewing appointments, 20-30 minutes for a fitting appointment.

I will no longer be able to carry out back to back appointments as I will need to clean areas that have been used, therefore when making a booking please bear this in mind.  You may want to consider each individual organising their own fitting appointment to suit them.

Appointments will be available from 9.30am – 2.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 3.00pm on Saturday’s.  All quotes are currently printed out for you, however, should you wish to have an email version instead please let me know at the time of your appointment.

In store toilets will be closed to the public.

I would like to request any payments are made via BACS/Contactless/Card where possible.

Upon arrival you will receive a warm welcome and will be carefully guided through all procedures to help keep us all safe and secure.

Covid 19 - Guidance for Collections

Once your order has been confirmed your suits will be due into the shop the Tuesday prior to your wedding.

I will receive an email on the Tuesday from the courier to notify me of your delivery time and I will then call and let you know.  We will then arrange a convenient collection time, around 15 minutes will be allocated for each collection.

Upon arrival please park your vehicle in front of the driveway and ring the doorbell at the gate, this will be sanitized after every appointment.

Your suits will then be brought to you on a rail ready for you to place into your vehicle.  The person coming to collect will have to be able to transfer the outfits themselves, please bear this mind if and when asking someone to pick up for you as some of them can be quite heavy.  This is to allow social distancing and to make sure there is no 1-2-1 contact whilst transferring the outfits.

The person collecting will be asked to confirm a contact number for the person in charge of the returns.  Your returns paperwork will be placed on the lead suit, i.e. the groom.

I respectfully ask that you please keep to your agreed and allocated time as this will enable me to manage multiple collections and ensure social distancing without crossovers.  If you are going to be late please let me know so that I can manage your collection as safely as possible.

Covid 19 - Guidance for Exchanges
